Despite being discouraged by many, one South African woman ventured into business widely dominated by men. Thembi Sithole runs a shop in South Africa that fixes and refurbishes vehicles. She's defying worrying unemployment trends in the country, securing a regular customer base and winning the trust of some of the top motor companies in the industry.
